We are professional surveyors providing the full range of services at highly competitive rates, we also specialise in party wall matters and aerial surveys using drones, which saves both time and money. We are well established within the Teddington community and surrounding boroughs.
ABC surveys Ltd was established in 2005 with our name being made up from the different type of surveys we offer, for example Asbestos Surveys, Building Surveys and Condition Surveys.
We have specialised in Party Wall Matters since the Act became nationwide in July 1996 and became members of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
In 2011 we were flown out to assist with the devastating 6.3 magnitude earthquake in Christchurch which claimed the lives of 65 people. We were able to offer our expertise with regard to structural and insurance surveys in order to quickly sort out hundreds of claims and get people re-housed quickly and efficiently.
